Will the watermark go away on purchased videos?

Yes, the file you download after purchase does not have our watermark on it.

What happens after my order goes through?
Once your order goes through, you will automatically be redirected to My Order History.
From here you can view or print a receipt.  You can download your purchases from your "My Downloads" page.
You will also be emailed a receipt to the email address your account is under as soon as your order goes through. You may add an additional email address to your account if you would like a copy of your receipt to be sent to another email address.
How can I find a video in My Downloads?

Enter part or all of the title of the video in the Title search bar on the left side of the My Downloads page, then click “go”.  You can also search by the order number of the order the video was purchased in.  Enter the order number in the Order # search bar on the left side of the page, then click “go”.

How do I use a store credit refund?
You will see your Spice Credit balance during checkout on the billing page where you enter your credit card information.
To use the Spice Credit, click on the "Apply" button.
This will adjust your total and you can then click "Complete Order" to process the order.
If your adjusted total comes to $0.00, you will not need to enter your credit card information to complete your order.
What is the difference between HD and SD?
SD stands for standard definition and is a typical video resolution.  Our SD files have a resolution of 640x480.  HD stands for high definition and is a higher quality video resolution.  Our HD files have a resolution of 1280x720.
 
To view the details of any video, hover over the video then click the details button to the right of the video.
How do I add a video to My Wishlist?
Hover over the video you would like to wishlist, then click "+ Wishlist" to the right of the video.
The button will change to "- Wishlist" which you can click to remove the video from your wishlist.
To view a list of your favorite videos, log in and click "My Account" located at the top of the page.
Then click "My Wishlist" in the drop down menu that appears.
What are Stills?

Stills are digital images that can be used as backgrounds or by themselves and projected on a screen.  With our stills, you get a .jpg and a .png file in up to three different sizes.  You will also get the raw original file that was uploaded by the producer.

How do I apply a coupon?
Enter the coupon code on the billing page of the checkout.
Click "Apply" to adjust your total.
The "Apply" button will change to a "Remove" button.
Click "Remove" to remove the coupon from your order.
Please note that coupons cannot not be combined with the use of Spice Credit.
How do I change my password?
Log in and click on your name at the top of the site.  You can also get to this page by logging in and clicking on "My Account" at the top of the site, then clicking on “My Information” in the drop down menu that appears.
Under "Password", enter your old password, new password and re-enter your new password in the "Confirm" box.
When you are finished, click on the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I search for a video?
Click in the search bar at the top of any page and type in a keyword(s).
Click "Go" located to the right and your search results will be listed below.
To Refine your search, click on the various options and check boxes located on the left side of the screen.
Click the link or check box again to undo the action.
How should I format my address?
Our system checks the formatting of your address and notifies you if a match isn’t found, or if  there is a suggested format for what you entered.  You can select either the address as you have entered it, or the suggested address. Click the "Continue" button to save your address, or the "Cancel" button to go back and edit your address without saving.

How can I share Sermonspice?

You can share Sermonspice by clicking on the social icons at the top of our site to the left of the search bar. Connect with us on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and our Blog.

Do you send DVDs?
Due to the contracts we have with our filmmakers, we are not able to provide hard copies of our videos.
All products on our site are downloadable from your "My Downloads" page immediately after purchase.
We hope this benefits you by allowing you to get your video fast and saving you money by not having to pay for shipping.
Once you have downloaded the video you may burn the video to a DVD if you need to.
Can I post videos on my website or blog?
The copyrights for our videos do not cover broadcasting of any kind, but you are more than welcome to post a link to the preview of the video or share the video on your social media site.  You can share a video by hovering over the video preview, then clicking “Share” on the right.  Click on the icon for the social media site you would like to share the video on.
If you would like to broadcast a video without the watermark (over the internet or tv) you will need to contact the filmmaker of the video to request their permission.

What is a Collection?
Collections, formerly known as Bundles, are products that contain more than one item in them.  Often they are a better deal than purchasing the single item.  
 
In our new product view, you will see thumbnails of all the items included in the collection shown below the preview player.  Click on a thumbnail to view the preview.  You can view the details of that particular item by clicking the details button that appears to the right of the player when you hover over the preview.
How many times can I download my video?

You will be able to download your video as many times as you need to, and it will always be available in your 'My Downloads' area in case you need to go back and download it again at a later time. You can even download each format if you want to see which will work best for you!

What if items won't add to my cart?
Your browser may not be accepting cookies for our site. Cookies allows your browser to remember that you put something in your cart. To make sure you are accepting cookies for:
Internet Explorer: Click on the tools icon, then internet options.  Under privacy, make sure settings are at medium or lower.
FireFox: Click on the Firefox menu, then options, then options.  Click the privacy tab, and under history make sure you are accepting cookies.
Chrome: Click on the tools icon, then options.  Click on under the hood, under privacy, click on content settings and make sure "allow local data to be set" is selected.
Safari: Click on the tools icon, then preferences. Under privacy, make sure it is not blocking cookies.
How do I download?
Log in and click "My Account" at the top of the site.
Click "My Downloads" in the drop down menu that appears.
Select the format you want in the drop down under the video you want to download, then click the green arrow button and your download will begin.
Your computer settings may cause a window to come up asking if you would like to open or save the file rather than automatically beginning the download. Click Save and the download will begin.
We recommend using a high speed broadband internet connection since wireless and dial up connections often time out before the download is complete.
Which stills format should I download?
When you purchase a still from us, we give you JPG and PNG files in up to three sizes as well as the original raw file that the producer uploaded.  
 
A JPG can be used as a still background just like you would use any other image.  
 
A PNG file has the capability to be transparent.  You would  use this format if you wanted to use a logo or specific image on or over the image and have the background show through.  
 
To view the details of any still, hover over the preview then click the details button to the right.
Why is there no shipping?
All of our products are downloads.
This is beneficial to you because there is no shipping cost, and once your order goes through you can download your order immediately.
How do I report a video problem?

Click the flag button that appears when you hover over the video. Select the issue that most resembles the issue and add any details about the issue.  Click “submit” and we will be notified and will take care of the problem from there.

How do I change account information?
Log in and click on your name at the top of the site.  You can also get to this page by logging in and clicking on "My Account" at the top of the site, then clicking on “My Information” in the drop down menu that appears.
Once you are done editing be sure to click “Save Changes”.
To edit your address, click on “My Account” at the top of the site, then click "My Address" in the drop down that appears.
Can I play my video in PowerPoint?
Although some of our videos play without error in PowerPoint, we highly discourage using it. Common complaints from our customers include freezing, skipping, and other errors during the presentation. If you are going to play a video in PowerPoint, the WMV format is most likely to work. Please test the presentation before your service!  Any version of PowerPoint before 2010 will not allow you to layer text over background loop videos. PowerPoint is not a video editing software or program. You cannot edit the video in PowerPoint. PowerPoint will allow you to loop the video.
We recommend presentation software such as ProPresenter, Media Shout or Easy Worship
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, log in, then click on your name at the top of the site.  You can also get to this page by clicking on “My Account” at the top of the site, then clicking on “My Information”.
Under the “Contact” section, type in your new email address.  
Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
Please note that this will change your login information and you will use that email to log in once it is saved.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To unsubscribe form a particular email list, click "Unsubscribe" located at the bottom of the newsletter email.

 

You can also unsubscribe from one or multiple lists in your “My Information” page. Log in and click on your name at the top of the site.  You can also get to this page by logging in and clicking on "My Account" at the top of the site, then clicking on “My Information” in the drop down menu that appears.
Click the "manage subscriptions" box under Email Subscriptions.
Uncheck any boxes for email lists that you no longer want to be a part of. Click "update account" to save your changes. 

 

Why are the video previews not working?

You may need to update your flash player to view our videos. If you are still having trouble, please Contact Us and we'd be happy to look into it!

What if I have a military address?
Those using Military Addresses (APO, FPO or DPO) should follow these instructions for saving their address:
City field: Enter "APO", "FPO", or "DPO".
State/Province/Region field: Enter the two-letter code for the region stationed.
  • "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East
  • "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas
  • "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific
Country field: Always select "United States" for country.
Guam and U.S. Protectorates/Insular Areas
If you are in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or Federated States of Micronesia, please follow these instructions:
Country field: Select "United States."
ZIP Code field: Always double-check for the correct ZIP code.
Which video format should I download?

You can burn this file onto a regular recordable DVD and it will play in most DVD players.

Our videos are not meant to be edited, so we cannot guarantee that they will play properly in video editing software. If you use PowerPoint, please note that it is not designed for video and may not allow you to layer text over video.

 

What is Flagging?
Flagging allows you to notify us of any downloading, previewing, spelling, reference or content issues.
Here's how it works:
You flag a video and submit a description of the issue.
Our video processing team will fix the problem as soon as possible.
You will be notified by email when the video has been fixed.
To flag a video, hover over the video and click the flag button that appears to the right. Select the issue that most resembles the issue and add any details about the issue, then click “submit”. We will be notified and will take care of the problem from there.
How do I transfer my video to another computer?
If you have an internet connection on the computer you need the video on, log in to your account on that computer click on “My Account” at the top of the page and then click "My Downloads" in the drop down menu that appears.  On this page, you can download the video on that computer.
Or
Download the video on your computer. Once it is saved, plug in a zip/thumb drive and drag the file icon into the window for your zip/thumb drive. Take the drive to the computer you want the video on, plug in your drive, and drag the file icon off the drive window and onto your desktop.
How do I use iWorship Flexx?
When you purchase iWorship Flexx, you will be downloading a zip folder that will include the videos as well as an installation guide, FAQ, and producers note which will give you more complete instructions on how to use the videos.
Each iWORSHIP Flexx release gives you the option of using MPEG or MOV files. Each single download contains full-length movies in stereo, split track, click track, and Flexx track versions.
Full tracks can be played like you would any other video. Flexx track versions are meant to be pieced together in the order you would like them to go with your live worship. To do this, arrange the clips in your playlist in the order you need them.
Where can I play my video?
Copyrights for our videos cover the video to be shown in one location as much as you would like, to as many people you would like. We are not able to allow broadcasting of any kind due to the contracts we have with our filmmakers.  Review our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.
You can share any of our videos by hovering over the preview, then clicking the “Share” button to the right of the video.  Click on the icon for the social site you would like to share the video on.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Click Login at the top of the page.
Click Forgot your password? under the Login button.
Enter the email address the account is registered under, and then click on the "Reset Password" button.
A new password will be emailed to you immediately.
Click the Login link to go back to the login page.
Log in with your email address and the password that was sent to you.
Once you are logged in you can change your password in your My Information area.
How do I purchase?
Add an item to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. The "Add to Cart" button will change to a green “Checkout” button.
Click the green “Checkout” button or the “Cart” button at the top right of the page to review your cart and check out.
Click “Continue To Checkout” to move on to the next step. If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to log in or create an account with us. Once you log in you will be taken to the next step of the checkout.
Select the billing address that matches the credit card you will be using. If you don't have an address saved, you will need to enter one.
Enter your credit card information (Be sure to enter all 4 fields: name, card number, expiration date and security code). 
Click “Complete Order”. Your order will be processed, and you will be redirected to "My Order History" where you can view and print receipts. Click the "Download Videos" link for your order to access the downloads for that order, or click the “My Account” at the top of the site, then click "My Downloads" in the drop down menu that appears to access all downloads you have purchased.  
How do I show my video?
Once your video is saved on your computer, you have a few options.  You can:
  • Play the video using a media player such as Windows Media Player or QuickTime
  • Play the video using a media presentation software such as ProPresenter, MediaShout, or EasyWorship
  • Burn the video onto a DVD
  • Put the video on a zip drive to put on another computer

We have thousands of filmmakers, and more signing up each week! They upload their videos to our site. Filmmakers range from individuals to churches to production companies and are located in many different countries.

What is iWorship?

iWORSHIP is a powerful and creative way for churches to add high quality, professionally produced visuals to their times of worship. iWorship videos come in MPG and MOV formats. Each zip folder for the single song download contains 3 full length movies in stereo, split track and click track versions. It also includes a folder containing clips of each verse/chorus/intro/etc. The videos can be used in many different ways allowing you to customize them to work for your worship service.

Why do I need to create an account?

Creating an account with us allows you to create a Wishlist and to access your past purchases at any time. Every order you make will remain on your "My Downloads" page. To download again, log in, then click on the "My Account" link at the top of the site and then click "My Downloads" in the drop down menu that appears.

When will my refund show up on my credit card?

Refunds that are credited back to your credit card will usually take a day or two to show up on your credit card statement.

What is Spice Credit?
Spice Credit is our equivalent to store credit.  Any Spice Credit balance you have remains in your account and can be used toward purchasing videos.
 Using your Spice Credit: 
You will be able to apply your Spice Credit on the billing page of the checkout.
To apply Spice Credit to an order, click the “Apply” button in the Spice Credit line of the billing page below your subtotal. If your total comes out to $0.00, you can complete your order without entering your credit card information.
The “Apply” button will change to a “Remove” button when you click on it. Click the “Remove” button to remove the Spice Credit from your order.
If you do not have “Spice Credit” the “Apply” button will not appear in your cart.
 *Please note that coupons may not be used with Spice Credit.
What is a zip folder and what do I do with it?
A zip file is a file folder that has more than one file compacted into one folder that you download all at once.
Once the folder is saved on your computer, right-click on the file folder icon and select “extract all” in the menu that appears.
Your files are now ready to use.
What if I keep getting kicked back to the login page even after I have logged in?

How do I register or create an account?
If you are not logged into the site, you can click the "Create an account" button at the top of the site.  You can then enter your name, email, and the password you would like to use for our site. Be sure to enter your password in both password boxes to confirm the password you have chosen.
Click the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. When you are finished, click "Sign Up" and you are ready to go!
How do I print a receipt?
You are emailed a receipt when your purchase goes through. If you did not receive the confirmation email, you may want to check any spam or junk folders your email provider may have.
You can also print your receipt directly from our site:
Log in, click  “My Account” link at the top of the site, then click "My Order History" in the drop down menu that appears.
Click on the "Print Receipt" link for the order you need the receipt for. This will open a printer friendly receipt in a new tab and you can print the page from there.
