"Add to Cart" will then change to a green “Checkout” button.

Click on "My Downloads" on the right side of the page, choose the format you need and your download will begin.
Log into the site and click the “My Account” on the top right of any page. To the right of the page, click on "My Downloads". Choose the format you would like and your download will begin. Your computer settings may cause a window to come up asking if you would like to open or save the file rather than automatically beginning the download. You will click "Save" and the download should begin.
If your computer is not giving you the option to save the file, you can download by right-clicking the format you would like to download, then clicking “Save target as” or “Save link as”. You can then select where on your computer you would like to save the file and click “Save” to begin the download.
We recommend using a high speed broadband internet connection as wireless and dial up connections tend to time out before the download is complete.
Our videos come in three formats:
MPEG1 is very compatible file that will work with both PC and Mac based programs. You can also burn this file onto a regular CD and it will play in Most DVD players. This file type is also compatible with Easy Worship Presentation Software.
WMV is a Windows based file that will work very well in Windows Media Player and other Microsoft programs. It will work with Powerpoint, but that program is not always stable with video and will not allow you to place text on top of your videos or loops. This file type is also compatible with Media Shout Presentation Software.
MP4/MOV is the best file type to use with Mac programs and Quicktime. This file type is also compatible with SundayPlus Presentation Software.
Make sure that you download the file type that is going to be most compatible with the media player or presentation software you are using. Since our videos are not meant to be edited, we cannot guarantee that they will play properly in video editing software.
If you are using a background loop, please note that the PowerPoint program will not allow you to layer text over video, however, you can do this in a media presentation software such as MediaShout.
You will be able to download your video as many times as you need to and it will always be available in 'My Purchases' in case you need to go back and download it again at a later time.

PowerPoint is not made to support video.
Some videos may work in the WMV format, but we don't recommend it.
PowerPoint will not allow you to layer text over background loop videos.
Play your video in a media player or media presentation software for best results.
To apply Spice Credit to an order

Once your video is saved on your computer, you have a few options. You can:
Play the video from that computer
Put the video on a zip drive to put on another computer
Play the video using a media player such as Windows Media Player or QuickTime
Play the video using a media presentation software such as MediaShout
Burn the video onto a DVD
If you have an internet connection on the computer you need the video on, log into your account on that computer
click on “My Account” at the top of the page
and then click "My Downloads" to download the video on that computer.
Or...
Download the video on your computer.
Once it is saved, plug in a zip/thumb drive and drag the file icon into the window for your zip/thumb drive.
Take the drive to whatever computer you want the video on, plug in your drive, and drag the file icon off the drive window and onto your desktop.
A zip folder means that there are more than one file compacted into one folder that you download all at once.
Once the folder is saved on your computer, you will need to extract the files.
To do this, right-click on the file folder icon and select “extract all” in the menu that appears.
Use the files as you usually would.
The easiest way to search for a specific video is to click on the "Advanced Search" button underneath the search box.
From here you can enter the title or words from the title in the search box, select a category, genre, producer, or whether the video is exclusive or not.
You can also select how you would like our site to sort your results.

To print a receipt for an order,
log into our site,
then click the "My Account" link at the top of the homepage.
You will be taken to "My Profile".
From the "My Profile" page,
click on "My Order History".
Scroll to the order you need a receipt for
and click the "Print Receipt" link at the bottom of that order.
When you click "like" it adds the video to a list of videos you've liked.
The "like" button will change to an "un-like" button.
Click "un-like" to remove the video from your list.
Your list of videos you like shows up on your Favorites page.
To view your "Favorites", log into our site then click the "My Account" link on the top right hand side of every page.
