How do I register?

Welcome to Sermonspice.com. To purchase videos or, add to your favorites page you will first need to register with us.

To register, click on the "Login/Register" link on the right hand side of our homepage. You can then select the register tab at the top left of the window. Fill out your full name, email address, and the password you would like to use. You can also select whether or not to receive our newsletter. Be sure to read our Terms and Conditions before registering. You can read them by clicking the "terms and conditions" link to the right of the box to select that you agree with our terms and conditions. Select "register" at the bottom of the page when you are ready and you will be registered and logged in.

Now that you are registered with us, when you come back to our site you can log in by clicking the "login/register" link on our homepage. Enter your email address and password and click "login".

To log out, click the "logout" link on our homepage.

Once you are logged in, you can add videos to your favorites and make purchases. You may also want to go to your profile page next to add your address information so you are all set to purchase. Check out our other video tutorials for more information!

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new one sent to you. Click on "login/register" on our homepage, then click the "click here to reset it" link. Enter your email address and click the "reset" button. A new password will be sent to your email and you will be able to log in with that password until you change it on your profile page.

To change your password, log into the site and click the "profile" link on the homepage. At the bottom of the profile page there is a section to reset your password. Type your new password into both the box labeled "password" and "confirm password". Once you have entered your new password click on the "save" button directly below it. Now that you have successfully changed your password, you will be able to log in using that password.

How do I add a video to my favorites?

If you would like to save a video in your favorites, click the "+favorites" button. The "+favorites" button will change to a "-favorites" button. Click the "-favorites" button to take the video off of your favorites page.

To go to your favorites page, click on the "favorites" link on our homepage or hover your mouse over the "my account" tab and select the "favorites" link just below the tabs.

From this page you can take videos off of your favorites page or add them to your cart to purchase them.

How do I add a video to my cart?

When you have found a video you would like to add to your cart, click the "add to cart" button found to the right of the video. The "add to cart" button will change to a green "checkout" button.

To review your cart and check out, click either the green "checkout" button of any of the videos you have added to your cart, or the "items in cart" button at the upper right of the screen.

In the cart window you can change quantities or delete items from your cart if you would like. To change the quantity of a video, simply change the number in the box to the right of "Quantity x". To remove an item from your cart, click the "remove item" button of the video you would like to remove. If you would like to empty your cart completely, click the "empty cart" button at the bottom of the window. If you are not finished adding items to your cart and would like to continue shopping, click the "continue Shopping" button.

How do I use a coupon?

If you have a coupon code you would like to use, you can enter it just below your subtotal when you are viewing the items in your cart to the right of "enter coupon". You will then need to click the "apply" button to the right to adjust your total. Once your total is adjusted, click "checkout" to complete your order.

How do I use my Spice Credit?

If you have Spice Credit you would like to use, click the "apply" button to the right of "enter Spice Credit" below your subtotal in the cart window. Your total will be adjusted and you can then click the "checkout" button to complete your order.

If your adjusted total comes to $0.00, you will not be asked to enter your credit card information and you can just click the "complete order" button to finish checking out.

How do I check out?

When you are ready to check out, click the "checkout" button at the bottom of the cart window.

If you have not yet entered your billing address information with us, the window will require you to enter your address before it shows the area to enter your credit card information. Be sure to enter your state/province in the pull down menu if your address is in the US or Canada or enter your province in the custom text box if your address is outside of the US or Canada. Click "Done" when you are finished entering your address.

Once you have entered your billing address information, you will see the area appear where you will be able to enter your credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

You will be asked to enter your credit card number, CVV code , and the expiration date. Your CVV code is either the last three digits of the number on the back of the card, or four digits on the upper right of the front of the card if you are using an American Express card. Click "pay now" when you are ready to process your order.

If you would like to pause the transaction, you can click the "hold on" button. From there you will be able to either continue with the purchase by clicking "yes" or cancel the transaction by clicking "no". Once your order goes through you will be automatically redirected to your account page where you will be able to download your order right away. You can also print receipts from this page.

How do I print a receipt?

You can print receipts directly from your Account History page. To get to this page, log in then click the "Account History" link on the homepage. Your order history will appear and you can then click the "print receipt" link at the bottom of the order you would like a receipt for.

How do I download?

Congratulations on your purchase! If your order has just gone through, you will automatically be redirected to your account page. If you are not on your account page, make sure you are logged in, then click the "account history" link on our homepage or the "my account" tab on any other page to go to your account page. On this page you will see your order listed as well as any past orders.

You will have three format download buttons under each video.

The mpeg1 format is a very compatible file that will work with both PC and Mac based programs including EasyWorship. You can also burn this file onto a writable DVD with the appropriate software and hardware and it will play in most DVD players.

The WMV format is a Windows based file that will work very well in Windows Media Player and other Microsoft programs including MediaShout. It will work with Power Point, but that program is not always stable with video and will not allow you to place text on top of your videos or loops.

The MOV/MPEG4 format is the best file type to use with Mac programs and Quicktime as well as SundayPlus. MPEG4 is the most recent version of Quicktime files and you may need to update your player in order to view them.

To begin the download, click the format you would like. A window will come up informing you that you are about to download the video and that you will want to select to save the video. Click continue to go on with the downloading process. If you do not wish to see this notification again, you can choose to do so by clicking "don't remind me again" before clicking the "continue" button.

Once you click "continue", another window may come up asking if you would like to open or save the file. You will click "save" and the download should begin.

If your computer has been set to automatically open or save downloads, this window may not come up and the download may automatically begin after clicking the "continue" button. It should take about 5-10 minutes to download the file depending on how large the file is.

If this method of downloading is not working for you, or you would like to select where the file will be saved on your computer, you can right-click the format button and select "save target as". A window will come up where you will be able to select where the file will be saved. Once you click "save" the download will begin.

How do I search for a specific video?

You will find a search bar on our home page as well as toward the top of any page in the site. The easiest way to search for a specific video is to click on the "advanced search" button underneith the search box. From here you can enter the title or words from the title in the search box, select a category, genre, producer, or whether the video is exclusive or not. You can also select how you would like our site to sort your results. Click the "Advanced Search" button at the bottom of the advanced search page to find your results.

How do I edit profile information?

You can edit your address, email address, change your password, or change your subscription to our newsletter on the profile page. Click on "profile" under the "My Account section of the homepage to pull up your profile page. Another way to get to this page is to hover over the "My Account" tab in the upper right hand corner on any page in the site then click the "profile" link in the options that appear below the tabs.

From here you will be able to update billing information, account information, and whether or not you would like to receive our newsletter. Once you are finished making changes click on the "save" button on the bottom of the page and your information will be saved.
