On occasions such as 4th of July, it is important to reflect upon quotes of our founding fathers, which in turn reveal so much of their own struggles, fears and sacrifice they had to endure for the freedom we enjoy today. While reflecting on these things, one also discovers that the words and deeds of Jesus, particularly his crucifixion, were instrumental in inspiring their sacrifice for the freedom of America. Let us be so thankful to the Triune God we worship and the men who laid their lives for us, and before us.
