FOREIGN FILMMAKER PAPERWORK

Even though Sermonspice.com originated in the United States, our desire to reach the entire world with Christian film does not limit producers from other countries to sell on our store. However, the necessary paperwork differs for those living outside the USA. On line 6 of Form W-8BEN, you must write a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
  There are three types of TIN's: SSN, ITIN, and EIN.


Personal Account:
If you are an individual seller and you plan to submit your films under a personal account, you will need an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number). Submit Form W-7 with the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) to apply. If you fall under this description of a foreign filmmaker, Sermonspice.com will provide you with a personalized letter to send with Form W-7. Contact us for more information.

Business Account:
If you are submitting videos under a registered business, you will need an EIN (Employer Identification Number). Submit Form SS-4 with the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) to apply.
